According to the national standard GB5009.225-2016 "National Food Safety Standard - Determination of Ethanol Concentration in Alcohol", we have developed:

Content: This standard replaces nine national standards, namely, GB/T5009.48-2003 Methods of Analysis for Hygienic Standards of Distilled Liquor and Compounded Liquor, GB/T394.2-2008 General Methods of Analysis for Alcohol, GB/T4928-2008 Methods of Analysis for Beer, GB/T15038-2006 General Methods of Analysis for Wine and Fruit Wine, GB/T10345-2007 Methods of Analysis for Baijiu, GB/T13662-2008 Yellow Rice Wine, GB/T11856-2008 Brandy, GB/T11857-2008 Whisky, and GB/T11858-2008 Vodka (Autodesk).
Compared with GB/T5009.48-2003, the main changes in this standard are as follows:
——The standard name has been changed to "Determination of Ethanol Concentration in National Food Safety Standard Liquor";
——- Revised the scope of the standard;
——- Added density bottle method, gas chromatography method, and digital densitometer method.

Product features:

▲ Heating system: using EU export certified far-infrared ceramic heaters, with low power consumption, high heating efficiency, and stable temperature rise;
▲ Cooling system: The host is equipped with an imported brand compressor cooling water circulation system, which can control the cooling water temperature below 15 ℃, has low noise, and does not require external tap water or an external cooling water circulation machine;
Terminal reception: Specially customized 500ml large-sized tray, which can be used for ice bath storage of distillate samples;
Distillation endpoint: The volume or weight of the distillate can be set for a single well, with a range of 1-500ml. The distillation will automatically shut down after completion, achieving unmanned operation;
▲ Anti excessive protection: After distillation, the built-in endpoint self-locking system opens and closes the outlet of the distillate to prevent experimental failure caused by excessive distillation.
